With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Anahy Borromeo Valadez, who departed this world on June 9, 2025, at the age of 43. Born in Playa Vicente, Veracruz, Mexico, on January 13, 1982, Anahy was a vibrant soul whose presence brought joy and light to all who knew her.

Anahy was a devoted mother to her three children—Jason Gandeaga Borromeo (17), Jerson Márquez Borromeo (11), and Mercy Márquez Borromeo (9) – whom she loved deeply and worked tirelessly to support. She was the beloved daughter of Petra Borromeo Valadez, and sister to Luciano, Julissa, Dorelis, Areli, and Juan Pablo. She was preceded in death by her cherished brothers, Amado and Cristian Borromeo, and now rests with them in peace.

Professionally, Anahy was a talented hairstylist, known for her creativity, warmth, and passion for her craft. Her love for makeup and hair was not just a job-it was her art. Outside of work, she found peace in nature, especially by the beach. She enjoyed fishing, spending time outdoors, and creating memories with her family.

Above all, Anahy will be remembered for her strength, her love for her children, and her generous heart. She touched many lives and leaves behind a legacy of resilience, compassion, and beauty.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 15th, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., at Endswell Funeral Home located at 407 MeadowlandsDr., Hillsborough, NC 27278 where family and friends will gather to celebrate her life.

Nació en Playa Vicente, Veracruz, México, el 13 de enero de 1982. Anahy fue un alma alegre cuya presencia trajo luz y alegría a todos los que la conocieron.

Anahy fue una madre dedicada de tres hijos—Jason Gandeaga Borromeo (17), Jerson Márquez Borromeo (11) y Mercy Márquez Borromeo (9)- a quienes amó profundamente y por quienes luchó incansablemente. Fue la querida hija de Petra Borromeo Valadez y hermana de Luciano, Julissa, Dorelis, Areli y Juan Pablo. El servicio memorial se llevará a cabo el domingo 15 de junio de 2025 a las 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Endswell Funeral Home located at 407 Meadowlands Dr., Hillsborough, NC 27278, donde familiares y amigos se reunirán para celebrar su vida.
