Grayson Ketchie was a bright, deeply loved soul who made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. On February 12, 2026, he passed away peacefully at Transitions Kids Hospice Home, surrounded by the people who loved him most.

Grayson’s life was full of joy, laughter, and plenty of shenanigans, along with a kind of courage that inspired everyone around him. He had a way of bringing light into every room and showed so much strength and love, even through the hardest moments. Being around him was a gift, and he reminded us all how meaningful each day can be.

A celebration of Grayson’s life will be held on April 25, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Philips Farm (6800 Good Hope Church Rd, Cary, NC). Family, friends, and anyone whose life he touched are invited to come together to share stories, laughter, and memories of the incredible person he was.

Grayson’s time here was far too short, but the love he gave and the joy he brought will stay with us always. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by everyone who had the chance to know and love him.
