In Loving Memory of Tiffany Starr Kemp
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Tiffany Starr Kemp, who departed this life in June 2026. Tiffany was a vibrant spirit whose life was defined by her deep love for her family, her connection to the outdoors, and her unwavering generosity. A woman who truly gave everything she had for others, Tiffany was known for her selfless heart and her dedication to those she held dear.
A natural in the water, Tiffany found her true calling as a lifeguard and swim coach. Whether she was teaching infants their very first strokes or coaching students of all ages, she shared her expertise and passion for water safety with patience and joy. Her love for the outdoors extended far beyond the pool; she was happiest when she was surrounded by nature—exploring the beach, wandering near creeks and rivers, or simply enjoying the serenity of the trees.
Above all, Tiffany’s greatest joy and the light of her life was her 11-year-old son, Waylon. She lived to support him, doing everything in her power to ensure he was cared for, loved, and provided with everything he needed and more.
Tiffany is survived by her loving family, including her mother, Stephanie Starr Hardoerfer, her sister, Danielle Starr Kemp, her brother, Andrew Michael Kemp, and her cherished son, Waylon Macleod Chandler, along with many other family members and friends who will hold her memory close to their hearts.
The family is currently focusing on honoring Tiffany’s life and navigating this time of remembrance. Details regarding a memorial service will be shared as they are finalized. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you honor Tiffany’s memory in a way that feels most meaningful to you—perhaps by spending time in nature or sharing a kindness with someone in need.
